I reached out to Rob in the morning, and a few hours later he was at my house. He said it would be installed on Friday. It was installed on Friday.
Rob's crew showed up when they were supposed to, and they quickly removed the old unit. There were some issues with the delivery of the wrong unit from the distributor, and ultimately one of Rob's crew went and picked up the correct units to complete the job. There was excellent communication throughout the process, and an overall great experience.
These guys are the absolute BEST at what they do! If I could give them 100 stars I would - we used to have nothing but problems with our central AC until we found DB. They fixed every issue that the other guys left us with - and now we have a perfectly running unit that keeps our house cool and comfortable. Rob and his crew are knowledgeable, professional, and timely! Thank you DB!
