I asked the lady for an additional foot massage with my pedicure ( as many salons do for an extra fee) and she said " I don't have time. I have another appointment ". While I sat and dried, she literally just talked on her phone for the next 20 minutes. I also should mention she was extremely unfriendly. Her name was Tina. Bad Bad customer service.
This place is HORRIBLE Customer service DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. THE REFUSED SERVICE TO ME AND MY FRIEND BECAUSE WE TRIED TO GET A PEDI AT 638. AND THEY CLOSED AT 7P. They are all Old and slow hell no don't go.
This place is awesome 👌 I've never had a bad experience. I have been going here for years, everyone is friendly and nice. Irene is so attentive and made suggestions before going ahead and doing whatever to make sure I was happy with what I got done. You NEED an appointment though. They put time and effort into each person so walk-ins are hard for them to accommodate.
