My son just returned home from getting his haircut. Absolutely the worst cut he has had in his life. They don't do refunds. Who ever picked up the phone didn't give a darn. She was extremely rude and should not be talking to customers. No owner available to talk to. Just come in we can try and fix it. No fixing this. I shaved his head because it was that bad. Will never go back to a franchise like this. Support your local barber. Learned a valuable lesson.

Mr George The one older lady with dark hair really isn't it. I don't really like leaving reviews like this but she really rushed through cutting my kids hair and didn't do a good job at all or seemed to care if it looked half good or not. Came out super choppy don't use her

I have been going to this place for quite a while, and my experience has been fairly positive. However, my review is entirely aimed at one particular staff.
Ayanna, my hair stylist, was amazing. I have never ever met a hair stylist who could match her level of professionalism and attention to detail. She is thorough and very kind, calm, and considerate, and I really wish I get to have her as my hair stylist every time I visit this store.

2 haircuts with the same stylist took under 20 minutes. They are awful. Even worse, my 4 year old (who sits still) is crooked and she didnt cut it short enough. Nor did she ask me if it was short enough, etc. My older sons hair is not right either. We normally do not go here but couldn't get into our normal barber. For close to 60 dollars with tip I would never go back to this location again and would advise you yo do the same.
