To describe this company in one word…..WOW!!! Everyone I spoke to or dealt with in person or on the phone has been nothing but professional, friendly, know their craft, and has exceptional workmanship. What started out which I thought was going to be a simple job turned into a bigger one. The owner, Pete was at my home within an hour after receiving a call from Joe R about the situation with a rotting subfloor and excessive damage. After evaluating the situation, he made a phone call and within an hour three additional Sanders workers were at my home preparing and fixing the bathroom. We have always had excellent service with Sanders. They have served us faithfully for over 9+ years. We find the service technicians very capable as well as friendly and polite! Brandon was great this last service. They always explain what is going on as well as what needs to be done ( which helps us to plan for upcoming needs). Great company to work with!
