Generally okay. People at the front desk are consistently good and so is the shampoo. I decided not to come back mainly because my stylist was at odds with her neighbor, and it was very uncomfortable. Not just one time, but several. If you can’t be cordial to your coworker, switch stations or get yourself a pop-up where it’s just you, your client, and no drama. Plus, my stylist only seemed to be able to cut hair one way. I learned over time not to ask for anything different because it was always a fail. Donezo.

Do not come here if you have any sort of texture I waited 30 minutes for a haircut past the appointment time for her, not even to bother styling it naturally. Super nice lady, but not a good hairdresser. Bring your money elsewhere.

After almost a yr of not coloring my hair I decided to get my grays colored. My hair ALWAYS pulls red, told the hairstylist this and also gave her the formula to use so it didn't. (Recommended by a Blonde hair expert) she looked at me like I insulted her and said she knows exactly what she needs to do. Obviously, she didn't know what she was doing, & didn't listen to me and I now have orange hair!!! She never even put any toner on it, and said you wouldn't have that much brassiness if you'd let me put highlights in. What?!?! It would've STILL been orange, NOT the dirty blonde that my natural color is!! 100% Disappointed! If n e one needs a Leprechaun for St Patricks Day, let me know!!

Although the woman that cut my daughter's hair was a sweetheart, she destroyed her hair. It was hacked and I've never quite experienced anything like it in my life. I said something numerous times and every time she tried to rectify it, it got worse. We left extremely upset and had to desperately find someone to help repair the damage that was done. 4 separate salons were shocked at what was done and saddened to see that an additional 4 inches needed to be cut to try and salvage her hair. It was supposed to be cut just below her bust and is now between her shoulders and chest area. Her hair was to her belly initially. The other stylist working wasn't even paying attention to the rather heated argument that transpired and could not have cared less. I'm furious.
