Arranged for an Appliance Werks tech to come out to diagnose/repair our dryer (LG gas WashTower that stopped producing heat). This was our fourth attempt/company to get someone out to do this. Dryer is under extended warranty from Home Depot/Square Trade. Their first tech (a Russian gent) was from Fixity - arrived two hours AFTER the stated window, spoke very little English (we communicated through a phone translator app) said he couldn't fix it and would have to come back another time with another tech because he couldn't do the job by himself.
