The employees are all very patient, kind, and knowledgeable. I felt welcomed and like they all wanted to help me in the ways I needed help, instead of what they wanted to do. Elizabeth did an amazing job cleaning my teeth!

I really enjoy seeing Dr. Yaskin. He's highly efficient and uses the most up to date equipment and procedures. He has the most pleasant attitude and makes me very comfortable while sitting in the chair. I would highly recommend him to anybody because I think he's the BEST!!!

I have to say not only from Mandy the receptionist at the front desk to the nurses to the dentist everyone is absolutely amazing there ! They truly care about you! Dr Yaskin and his staff provide compassionate and knowledgeable dental care. They always take time to explain their procedures and offer advice on how I can improve home care. They are very patient with my aging husband and provide excellent care of his less than perfect teeth.

I am a new patient at Vineland Family Dentistry and the whole staff made me feel welcome and comfortable for my first appointment there. I loved that the receptionist, hygienist and the doctor were all very kind and explained the process of my first appointment very thoroughly! I will definitely be back for future appointments and I would recommend this office to anyone!

Manager is awful! Being an office manager myself I understand the importance of patient satisfaction. I had to reschedule an appointment the day of due to waking up with an illness. I received a bill in the mail for an open chair fee. After speaking with the manager I was informed I was charged because I didn’t give a 72 hour notice of cancellation. People are not aware that they’re going to be sick 72 hours in advance. I explained that to the manager and asked to have the bill dismissed. I never received a phone call back from the manager. Several weeks later I received another bill with a form attached that I signed agreeing to give proper notice when canceling appointments. As I understand and agree to this, under certain circumstances people are not always able to provide a 72 hour notice of cancellation. As a manager I would never charge a patient for needing to cancel same day for being sick as we don’t encourage our patients to come into the office sick. I have since left this practice and have removed my spouse and child from the practice as well. I have never encountered such an unprofessional and negative experience as I did at this office. I have told several people that I know and have encouraged them to avoid this office due to the leadership team and ways things are handled. It saddens me to have to write such a negative review because Dr. Yaskin and his dental hygienist are all wonderful. However the manager does not uphold the same work ethics and does not treat patients fairly.
