Jackie! What a blow dry queen. It’s been so challenging since I moved to find someone who can really blow dry my thick, wavy, frizzy hair and she really exceeded my expectations. I would recommend all day everyday for blow dry. Will come again and try for color and everything else soon. Thank you Jackie!

KRISTINA did the thing with my 3 year old! So patient and kind and willing to work around him being 3! FOREVER COMING HERE FOR FUTURE HAIRCUTS! the atmosphere was welcoming and warm not enough good things to say about this place! (It's exhausting taking a 3 year old anywhere let alone to get his haircut and Kristina never batted an eye she just worked around him) THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!

TL;DR: For $50 I got the Botanical Therapy hair spa treatment. Besides deep conditioning, it involves a heavenly shoulder massage. While not 100% what I expected from the website, there's also a hand massage after which they put your arms in heated sleeve devices while you're under the lukewarm dryer for the conditioner to work. Expect it to be a little bit busy despite the attempt they make at a "hair spa" and for a potentially nerve-wracking consultation.
