Michalina’s Hair Salon is a wonderful, clean, and professional family hair salon with a great, relaxing decor. The staff are super friendly. Stylists take the time to really listen, ask smart questions, and ensure they are perfectly on the same page with clients. They are absolutely amazing and do a wonderful job, especially with curly, textured, or highlighted hair, providing great shape and easy-to-manage cuts. The shampoo and incredible head massage are pure bliss. The salon is spotlessly clean and the price is completely fair. Clients feel confident and recommend the establishment highly, often stating it is their new salon and that they are already looking forward to their next appointment.
5/5 – Finally found my hair person after moving here! As someone new to the area, trusting a stranger with my hair (especially extremely curly hair with dry, gray sections) was honestly stressing me out. I’ve had too many stylists who say they “get” curls and then do whatever they want. Kelly at Marie’s Salon was the complete opposite. She took the time to really listen, asked smart questions about how I style it, what I like and don’t like, and repeated everything back so we were perfectly on the same page. (The fact that she has gorgeous curly hair herself was an instant confidence boost—she clearly understands curls on a personal level!)I got exactly the cut I asked for: great shape, face-framing layers that actually work with my curl pattern, and it’s so easy to manage at home. The shampoo and that incredible head massage were pure bliss. The salon is spotlessly clean, professional yet super relaxing, and the price was completely fair—no feeling overcharged like I’ve experienced elsewhere. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment. If you have curly or textured hair and hate explaining yourself every time, book with Kelly. She’s a 10/10 and I can’t recommend her enough! The establishment is wonderful, clean and decor is great. Staff are super friendly. Liz does my hair, cut and highlights. She is absolutely amazing. Does a wonderful job. Highly recommend not only the establishment but Liz as well.
