I’ve been going here for years , this passed weekend I’m not sure if she was rushing or not but she burned me the entire time with the blow dryer . Then she burnt my head with the flat iron and said sorry . I still Gave her a tip bc i love the owner . This was the Spanish girl that is when you first walk in to the far right corner. I didnt Think the burn was that bad from the flat iron untill i got up the nest day it scabbed up and now its fallen off and i have A huge mark on my for head . This is the first time this has happen I’m not sure if the girl is new or was rushing but it seemed very very rushed .

I have been getting my hair done by Dora for a while now and my hair was very damaged but now it is healthy and very long because she takes good care of it ! 10/10 experience . (she also does very good extensions and eyebrows)

Dora did my hair. She had a really bad attitude the entire service. I asked if she would turn the drier down to the medium setting as she was burning me. She said okay and turned it down. Then as soon as she started blowing drying my hair again she clicked the button back on to high heat. I decided not to say anything. At the end of the service another employee asked how much she was going to charge me (in Spanish) Dora replied noventa ($90) the other employee said “en serio!” Dora said yes only her hair (in Spanish) Because she knew that was a ridiculous amount to charge for a blowout and trim. I paid just fine but I asked for the breakdown of the service because I was curious to why it had been so much. She had an attitude about me questioning. My issue is being overcharged and then spoken about as if I’m unreasonable. My hair only touches my collarbone.

Awful.. they charged my sister 90$ !!!!! Her hair is SHOULDER LENGTH. Thinks because we are black we don’t understand Spanish… news flash. WE DO !!

Went hair on a last minute because I paid over 100 dollars at another place that did not know how to work on natural hair ROSSI saw my frustration took me right away and curled and styled my hair. This was customer service at its best. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR AFRO AMERICAN WOMEN WITH NATURAL HAIR.

I’ve been going to Rossi for a few years now and love the care she gives my hair! I always get compliments on my hair’s health and color. Even a college friend of mine, who lives in North Jersey, gets her hair done with Rossi, whenever she’s in town visiting me. I will most definitely recommend Rossi to anyone who wants stunning and healthy hair!

Rossi and staff are very nice and friendly. She makes sure to speak english to those who don’t speak Spanish . I’ve been coming here for yrs . I love I can just walk in & get service .
Requested style: I usually request blowout flat ironed with curls or just straight curl on ends . I also request rinse or color which in pics you can see come out very nice
