Lena does my nails at Best Nails. She goes over and above with her manicures and pedicures. I am always completely satisfied. The staff is extremely friendly, and the salon is immaculate.

I had such a wonderful experience at Best Nail Lounge! I went in yesterday for a dip manicure, and although I can’t remember the name of the nail technician who did my first set, she did an amazing job. The color I chose looked beautiful, but after I got home I realized it just wasn’t for me.
I called a few hours later to see if I could schedule an appointment to change the color. They even offered to fit me in the same day, but I couldn’t make it because of work. They were kind enough to squeeze me in the very next day.
Ray was incredibly accommodating and understanding. Even though changing the color was completely my decision, he still gave me a discount, which he absolutely didn’t have to do. That level of customer service really meant a lot to me.
Lucky did my nails today, and she was phenomenal! She took her time, did a beautiful job, and I couldn’t be happier with how my nails turned out.
A huge thank you to Ray, Lucky, and the wonderful nail technician who did my first set. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure I left happy.
