“Barbara and Michelle are tops! Barbara mans the office and the phones. Michelle is the one actually out there in the field. She's very personable. She is servicing what are usually summer vacation rentals, and the tenants love her. Yes! They love my exterminator! She explains what she is doing, tells them about the chemicals, and puts their minds at ease. When you are on vacation, calling in an exterminator is usually the last thing that you would expect to happen. Michelle takes what could be a very stressful situation, and makes it a non-issue. Punctual, polite. Constant contact from initial phone call through the service, and follow up afterwards. These ladies are tops! I highly recommend Fred's Pest Control, and I recommend their service contracts. Don't wait until you have a problem. PREVENT the problem with monthly visits.
