I feel really good leaving this review. It started with a letter from my homeowners insurance saying that they were canceling my renewal because I needed a new roof immediately. I've never had leaks but they said it was time. I called 4 different roofing companies to get an idea how much a roof would cost. Alex came out to my house, climbed up on my roof,climbed up in my attic, and took pictures and video to show where the problems were and explained what the crew would be doing. I recently had Champion Exteriors do a window replacement for me changing out a casement window to a picture window. They were so professional it blew my mind. This was not a million dollar new house just a window replacement. Their staff was so professional and sent out a rep the very next day to see what I wanted. A few days later a foreman came out and measured. The office staff kept me in the loop every step of the way. She called me when the window was ordered and again when it came in.
