“We have been working with Alicia of AKID on several projects since 2019.The first project Alicia worked on was a challenge because we were right in the middle of a master bedroom suite project. Completing a project that was started by someone else is no easy task. But, Alicia proved that she was a fully capable professional. She smoothly transitioned herself into the project and worked with the existing contractor and took over for a designer who no longer was available. The final results: She transformed a mundane master suite into an exquisitely designed master bedroom suite in spite of being thrown into the midst of the project. Every single detail was addressed which is the reason we continued to work with Alicia on every other room in this home.The results are phenomenal … a combination of our personal style and Alicia’s great interior recommendations…she truly contributed to our achieving a very unique and personal style. We continue to receive complements…it’s amazing how many people make positive comments. Alicia successfully combined our favorite existing pieces with unique distinctive pieces resulting in an Art Deco modern style.In 2020 we purchased a home in Cape Cod. We sent Alicia photos, floor plans and more not thinking that she could in fact continue to work with us on re-decorating this home; we just wanted to share the second home purchase with her. But, Alicia used our photos and real estate information on the house to start making suggestions. We realized that Alicia was fully capable of working on the home even though she never physically visited it. So we continued using Alicia on virtually all aspects of decorating the home. She managed to completely transform a typical beach styled home into a beautifully modern styled home with numerous distinctive pieces of furniture, chandeliers, rugs and accessories. She accomplished this, as stated, without setting foot on the property.We highly recommend hiring Alicia whether it be to work with a contractor or to re-decorate or re-style your home. Alicia has a special knack to select unique pieces of furniture that match individualized and personal style. “Zoran and Team build custom Leather cladded/tufted black leather banquettes for a 14,000 sq ft Luxury NYC Restaurant for us. We were the GC on the project and we commissioned them to take our wooden carcass and add the padding and the REAL Black Genuine Leather in a diamond tufted pattern. We had him add more and more padding on the bottom to make the guests set in the banquette- not ontop of it (if you know about them - you understand what Im saying) we raised the front so the guests hind legs would be snug and the seat would never want to be vacated (the restaurant also does bottle service)! Zoron and team worked around the clock to deliver the most beautiful and soft and comfortable banquettes that i personally have ever sat in ! The quality was impeccable throughout the entire 4200 LF of banquette. We also had his team clad panels that were installed under the bar along the entire facing of (2) main bars in the restaurant as well as 100 12"x12" wall decor panels! Each item produced was superior quality. I highly recommend this Upholstery company to anyone who needs anything done from a small job to a massive one because they did not disappoint this GC and Im pretty hard to impress!“

“I have been working with Constructive for 6 years and in that time we have done many projects together. I have recently purchased a new house and it was in need of updates. I had two every out of date bathrooms that needed total updates. He was able to create a gorgeous half bath and the master bathroom of my dreams. Constructive did remodels in my pervious home as well. When I moved in the basement was unfinished and the guest bath needed to have the floors replaced.
