Everything was clear, friendly, and up front. They listened to what we wanted, offered very helpful recommendations and suggestions, laid out a design plan, a schedule, explicit pricing, a clear list of what they were responsible for and what we'd be responsible for. They pulled and handled all the permits. They delivered everything, and did it ahead of schedule! When surprise issues arose (it's an old house!), they discussed options and worked with us to make sure it didn't kill our budget. The quality of the work is top notch and they were very detailed. On top of everything else, the workers were professional, and very clean. This was very important as we have two small children living in the house.
