Regina, the owner of Body Wise Massage Therapy, is a great massage therapist and very personable. When I was there last week, she really listened to understand the pain I was having in my hip, and the massage she gave me was very helpful in alleviating the pain. I highly recommend her.

Got my 1st massage today in over a year & it was wonderful.Body Wise is a local, woman-owned, small-business(which is what I prefer to support over chain stores.)Regina is a professional, caring and capable therapist.I'm looking forward to returning to help keep my stress levels manageable and to be kind to my body and my mind.

I would give Regina at Body Wise 10 stars if I could! I recently moved to the area and was looking for an experienced massage therapist who could help with my neck and lower back. My physical therapist recommends that I get a massage once a month to help with circulation and ease tension. I am so glad that I found Regina, she really knows everything about the body, your muscles and pressure points. Each session is better than the next. When I enter her studio, there is positive energy and all my worries fade away. What I love is that each session she will focus on my more tense areas as well as provide a full body relaxing experience, coupled with soothing music and essential oils. I always leave feeling rejuvenated and can't wait to go back!
