Liam Hill was professional to the nth degree in navigating the exchange of the original floor tile we selected. The color just did not work in our home. With not a raised eyebrow or snide remark he pleasantly advised for us to return the tile. We reselected to a perfect color and all was right with the world. When we came to pick up the new tile we saw that there was a 25% discount on the tile we were picking up. Without asking Liam credited us back the 25%!!!! I ask ... who does that????
