Our family and friends have been using Menorah Chapels At Millburn for +30 years. So when my dad passed, it was natural to call upon them once again. Unfortunately, they let us down. Upon entering the morning of the service, I was never greeted. The staff was standing in the hall, but never acknowledged me. I had to ask who was overseeing the service. They were very clear, they had another service and we had until that time. After the service a few family and friends were saying their good buys when the director came up to them telling them to go to their cars. We still at 15 minutes remaining of our allotted time in their building. I was embarrassed to say the least.... read full review

If I could give Anthony and Menorah Chapels 6 stars I would. He was incredible in dealing with a long-distance burial of my grandfather. Not only was he compassionate and helpful in making this an efficient and comforting process, but he also went above and beyond to communicate with the cemetery when there was a dispute over my grandfather's burial plot. He told us not to worry and worked extra hours with the cemetery to ensure my grandfather could be buried next to my grandmother as planned. We are so grateful for his presence during this difficult time in our life and can be at peace knowing our grandfather was in his care. While I hope not to have to use his... read full review
