She’s truly amazing at what she does. Unlike many places, Michelle never uses drills—she carefully files everything by hand, which leaves my nails looking natural and healthy. She’s also great at suggesting trendy designs and seasonal colors, which makes every visit feel fresh and exciting. On top of her skill, Michelle is incredibly welcoming and always goes out of her way to accommodate her clients. I see Lexi, who is the best, for haircuts/blowouts. I am happy with the finished product each time. Most recently I gave her all of my pain points with how my hair grows out or dries, and what I wanted to do with my hair, and she gave suggestions that I wouldn't have thought to do.
