Well it's been a while since my last visit but their customers service is horrible , I called tying to get the price for flat ironing only and the lady refused to give me a starting price saying that she has to see the hair first before giving price I gave her a description and she still wasn't able to give me a starting price because I need to know how much money I should expect to pay Then she hung up on me like 😒 🙄 what... I refuse to go back to this place ... I mean it the owner he's a nice guy and all but the verbal interaction wasn't pleasant so no ... will not consider this place

It really pains me to write this review. I started going to this salon for maintenance (wash and conditioner) and relaxed my hair in Brooklyn. To save time, I started letting the older lady in the front relax my hair. I noticed that she took a long time to work the relaxer through. I started to let one of the other ladies relax my hair after my hair became tangled and started breaking. My hair started coming out in clumps. When I realized that my once long and full tresses were becoming increasingly weak, I went back to my Brooklyn hair stylist to save what is left of my hair. She showed me how deeply damaged my hair had become. I am very angry that I entrusted this salon for years and even though it was obvious though one of their employees over processed and damaged my hair (I actually pointed out that she was still over processing her customer's hair) no action was taken on their part to correct or treat the hair that had been damaged at their salon. I learned a very valuable lesson-be weary of who you allow to handle your hair.

Whatever you do please do not go to this shop. From walking into this place we spoke to the staff they looked and didn't speak and gave some disgusted looks. Not professional and because the older lady didn't know how to blow dry hair she was frustrated and she was very obvious. The younger lady who was supposedly handling the business wasn't professional at handling a customer and just kept saying ridiculous comments. There is definitely a language barrier there. Do not waste your time.

worst salon ever. I literally hope they never get business ever again. I had beautiful curls and after I requested a wash and blowout, I washed my hair at my house and my hair fell off. My curl pattern was extremely damaged and my hair lost all its volume. I was forced to cut my shoulder length hair into a bob. bum ass ladies fr stay away from this salon!!!

I sent my 16yr old daughter a recommendation to get her hair done here bc I loved it but when she went the hairdresser kept burning her sculpt she said ow but she did not stop I get it the lady may have not know where would hurt but then my daughter pointed where it was burning so she can stop but the lady did not so we wrote this review at she finished but lost it we got this done about a month ago but will not ever go her again do not recommend!!!????
Requested style: And all we asked was a blowout and wash

DO NOT GO HERE. My hair suddenly became extremely damaged after going to this salon. My new stylist, who i trust deeply, told me many domincan salons will secretly mix in relaxer to the conditioner as they're washing your hair to straighten naturally curly hair that will be difficult to blowdry. I haven't had a perm in 10 years, when conditioning my hair myself, I noticed a STARK line of demarcation between my natural beautiful soft curls and bone straight, damaged hair. Which is exactly how it looks when it has a relaxer in it. BEWARE AND ONLY GO HERE IF YOU SPEAK SPANISH AND CAN UNDERSTAND WHAT IS BEING SAID BETWEEN THE STYLISTS.

Yes yes & yes. I had a great experience. The owner Yani was very accommodating to my time conflict. I went in for a silk press an hour before closing and was done in under an hour. She was very nice & my hair looks AMAZING. I love it and i will be going back . I definitely recommend if you come across this place . 10/10 Thank you Yani !
