I’ve been doing business at this location for a very long time. It wasn’t until the owner’s son, Michael, took over the business when it all started going downhill. Michael accused me of stealing a garment that he allegedly packed into my set of clothes. As a long time and loyal customer, I advised Michael that I would review all that was given to me and promised to return anything I could find that was not mine. After telling Michael that I did not find anything, he refused to believe me and insinuated that I was lying. I was a customer for many years but have not been in for some time. We had a death in the family so I needed my husbands suit cleaned and ready the same day. The man at the counter was not nice at all but did agree to have it ready. I paid in full for my receipts and left. My husband picked up without receipts cause I had them at work and they said I never paid so they held the suit hostage until he PAID AGAIN. I'm bringing my TD printout and getting my money back. That's really bad business. OVER $50 to get a suit cleaned?? BAD BAD BAD!!!
