Natural Cleaners offers great service, with staff who are friendly and polite. They are capable of handling delicate items, such as expensive shirts, and can even provide last-minute tailoring services. However, there may be some inconsistencies in their stain removal process, and customers should be aware that not all stains may be completely removed.
First time going to this place. Staff were friendly and polite. I showed them a water stain on my satin shirt, and the lady marked it with a sticker. But when I got it back, although there was a tag on the hanger stating the item was "given special attention," the stain was still there. I'm not sure if I'll go back. The rest of my stain-free clothing looks good. I spent $254 here. One would think they would make sure all stains were removed. Guess not.
Satisfied with the cleaning. And staff members are friendly.Only reason for 4 stars is because this winter jacket took 2 days longer to clean than the assigned pick up day. Staff members did not say this jacket would take more time when item was dropped off nor did they call to let me know it was not ready. The wasted time of making two trips and lack of compensation is the reason for the drop in star.
Natural cleaners is completely professional, from fittings to early completion time. I have had nothing but positive experiences here. Even when my request has been EXTREMELY last minute i.e. a bridesmaid dresses less than a month before the wedding!! Isaac is a miracle worker!!
