We have been using HomeWell on and off for two years and I have always been very satisfied with their aides and customer service. I started using them after having to fire another agency. HomeWell's Customer Service is spot on and successful communication is key to their operating process. If there is a problem, it is addressed immediately. They work hard to make sure a good match is made between their caregivers and the person requiring care. I highly recommend their services!
HomeWell Care Services has and continues to provide weekend and occasional fill-in weekly care days for my 94-year old mother for the last year and a half. Their caregiver team has been compassionate, reliable and attentive in providing both engaging conversation and care. HomeWell's scheduling team communicates extremely well, and has helped develop a consistent schedule of weekly caregivers. They can be effectively and quickly reached after business hours and on weekends to handle scheduling concerns or to add additional care time based on emergency needs. about four years ago my dad became ill and we were forced to rely on Homecare for him at that time. Homewell stepped in and they were amazing so kind caring and the staff is always right there if you need them. Unfortunately, my dad passed away and then my mom was in need of care. We again turned to home well and they were able to provide the same caregiver that was there for my dad, so my mom felt comfortable and cared for.. we love our caregiver and are so thankful every day to have him. I can’t say enough about the people at home well any little problem they are there for you and they are always calling to check in. I highly recommend them to anyone.
