Galante provided a lovely, peaceful funeral for my loved one. Dana was totally professional, competent, respectful and caring throughout, leading us through the difficult process with grace and respect. The only caveat I must mention is that though Dana consulted with her superior in our presence about the costs of the services we requested, and he signed the contract in our presence, we were notified just prior to our first viewing the following day that additional money was required. This placed us in a terrible, indelicate position at a very emotional moment. Who would question additional fees at such a time? Seemed a bit like extortion to me. All in all,... read full review
