Way better experience today. She even let me come earlier than my scheduled time. Convenient since my original lady is still closed so I will come until the mall opens.

So I went to Fatima for the first time, since my usual threading place been closed due to the pandemic. Like some reviews say, she work out of her house, which I thought, okay that's fine with me. When I go she say, shoes must be taken off, which I did not like, then she has a chair that hurt the heck out your neck. She have a pillow to "hold your head" but that did not work, it kept sliding down. It was just very uncomfortable. I feel as though, if she has this as her "home business" she should at least get a real salon chair to be adjusted or just high enough to lay your head. Also, she was extremely slow threading the hair so the process hurted even more than usual. I will not be returning, just my opinion.

I had no problem that it was in a house or that there were other people because I respect everyone’s hustle, but she lost me when she messed up my eyebrows. One is thinner then the other and their arches are different. I was very unhappy with how they came out and she charged me 12 dollars when I’m pretty sure the cost was only 10. She probably did that because she knew i was not going to tip her. Her excuse for the reason my eyebrows looked like that was because one eyebrow is always different then the other. This is false because I’ve never had an experience where they’ve looked drastically different. She was sweet though I guess.

Had my eyebrows threaded and they look amazing. Fatima was very thorough in letting me know exactly what she was going to do beforehand. Would absolutely recommend!!

This is my second time coming to this place and its mainly because my original eyebrow threader is located in the mall. The lady is super sweet but there are some things to be aware of. The location, even before the pandemic, is in her home. She is very pricey, I normally pay $8 but she charges $12 for eyebrows. Today she rescheduled me for a day earlier and when I arrived she had someone that she was just starting. Why book my time for 1pm if you already have someone. She does a pretty decent job though. I really can't wait til the malls open again.

I went with my sister and mother to get our brows done and our experience was AMAZING . She gives you what you ask for and would recommend what she thinks would be best . She’s so sweet and very good at what she does.

She was very nice ! since My normal place was closed due to the virus I was looking for somewhere to get my eyebrows done I have thick eyebrows & I was kinda nervous to go because of some of the reviews but now that they are done they’re amazing nice shape and cheap up did a perfect job I’m very happy and confused why other people had a bad experience. She mentions before appointment and on her website it is a home based business.
