“I had a great experience working with John and the team at Affordable Home Services. We used them to do a pretty big project (2nd floor extension, bathroom refinishing, and entry room rebuild) and they knocked it out of the park. We got multiple bids on this job and theirs was the most competetive. When you go with a cheaper bid there is a little bit of a fear that maybe the contractor will cut coreners, but not Affordable Home Services! Their crafstmanship was amazing; even during our inspections the town inspectors frequetnly commented on the quality of their work. They finished the project within the projected time line and no surprised popped up along the way. I will for sure be using them for all future home renovation projects.“

“Carlos and his team are excellent professionals. We live in a 2 story historic building in Brooklyn, NY - flatroof, and originally I just noticed some leaks in the top floor and pooling in the back. They very gentle recommended to redo the roof - we did it - and discovered the roof was probably at least 60 years old! never replaced with no insulation. They quickly brought the supplies and did the roof in 1.5 days! A huge feat. They replaced the skylights as well and this whole time were in excellent communication and very good at problem solving. Sent estimate and invoice electronically and they stand by their word at the quality of their roofs. II highly recommend them. Super pro.“

He's fair, straightforward and honest during the sales process and his team works efficiently, are respectful of the space, clean up after themselves, and do an amazing job. He was also very patient in answering all of my questions. Lastly, he charges a price that is fair for the marketplace. We moved into a 100 year old house with 52 windows, at the time, only 4 of them opened (and were new), otherwise the rest were original single pane with half the sash weights and ropes missing and completely painted shut. This was terrible for energy efficiency and keeping heat in (or staying warm during the winter). Over a period of a year, I reached out to several different contractors, in which I was literally quoted the cost of a down payment for a house in order to get the job done. “4 out of 5 for window repair. Guys working at repair office are good, specifically John. Replaced glass in just 2 hours after dropping of. Reason why I didn't gave all 5 stars bcoz they failed to tell me that paying with credit card will be additional 3%. No big deal but I could save if I knew. Also see picture, several location silicone can seen that is not uniform.
Anyways bigger picture is they are good and I'm happy. People was quoting $1500 to $2000 for replacing glass while I took them my own to Dorwin and it costed $650 with 3% lol.
