Professional! We’ve been to many locksmiths in our area and they refused to make a copy of our mail key. My bf and I just stopped by and ask just to see if they can make a copy. I think, it was the owner who took care of us and he checked our mail key and he told us that it is really rare but he will try to make a copy for us. He checked out key and made a spare copy for us. He told us to keep the key and if it works we can stop by in our convenience to give him 3 bucks. He was so nice and he cares about his customers. And guess what the key works! I locked myself out of my apartment and they were there within twenty minutes to help! My lock was a tough one but they managed to unlock it causing no damage. My technicians were very professional and the man who answered the phone was very helpful as well. $100 well worth it. Very trustworthy business

The deadbolt lock on the entrance door to my house broke. I called SW at 9:07 AM and before10:00AM John, the locksmith arrived and got to work. He changed the lock with a new one . John was friendly, neat and professional. He did a great job and I couldn't have been more pleased. I recommend SW Locks 100%.
