I have been a client of Susana and Soledad for well over 20 years, from their previous location to the present one on 42nd Street. Soledad mostly always take care of me every week that I attend. I have noticed very pleasant improvements in my skin texture, color and general composition. I would not change my weekly regimen for any other spa. Soledad is not only very professional and knowledgeable, she is also my good friend. I recommend her service as being exceptional and wish her all the best in all her present and future endeavors.

I have been coming here for around 2 years now, minus the many aesthetic factors and general things such as providing a nice calm atmosphere with maybe some music instead of construction noise or silence when you claim to be a “spa” I would continue to come because I was pretty satisfied with my facial all up until my last visit. Despite the usual banging on walls of construction noise that was going on and lack of no music I laid there in this room that is the size of a closet for them to finish the last part. I was left with the mask to dry and was told 15 minutes, every time this step comes it is either 20-30 minutes potentially they will leave you in this closet, today on top of the heat that came I could not hold it and because I knew my 15 minutes were well passed I called for someone to come in. Here enters the angry assistant named Soledad who came in and didn’t even say a word and took the pads off my face, took the face mask 75% off my face left the room and said I could go. I then walk out and look in the mirror to see half the product on my face and my pimple still oozing and she then gives me attitude saying I was complaining about the time and the heat. If she had any respect and knew how to treat customers you would maybe apologize for leaving me in there too long to begin with and secondly maybe ask if you could crack a window? But no this was not what happened I was angrily kicked out after all this time. I will never return and I advise every current and new customer to never go to this place if this assistant Soledad is still there. I hope she learns how to treat people better.

Sus sol Skin care has always been exceptional in services. I grew up going to her for facials but now she has a great addition to her spa, lymphatic massages/wood therapy by Ingrid. Ingrid was attentive, friendly and exceptionally caring. If you are looking for a massage, please do not hesitate to book her! She will ask you exactly what you are looking for as far as your body and get right in to it! Will for sure make this a frequent stop! Thank you!
