He is one of the nicest and most efficient service people, polite and quite good at what he does. Anthony is hands down the best plumber ever. He came out the very same day on short notice for a leak causing water through a ceiling, which immediately put a customer’s mind at ease. He took the time to clearly explain the issue and answered every question without rushing. For a difficult hidden leak, Anthony took his time and methodically tested multiple appliances. His knowledge, skill, and persistence truly stood out; he advocated with a warranty company, overturned a denial, and completed the repair all in the same day. He also went above and beyond by coming out on a Sunday to replace a gas valve in peak winter. The work is super neat and clean, with great attention to detail. Anthony replaced a kitchen faucet in no time and installed new shower fixtures. His prices are within the range of what should be and very affordable. I had a water heater issue and opened a claim through my home warranty company, which assigned the job to Plumbology NJ. Anthony from Plumbology quickly diagnosed the problem and identified that the gas valve needed to be replaced. He ordered the part right away, and despite it being the middle of peak winter — when I had already been without hot water for more than a week — he went above and beyond by coming out on a Sunday to install the replacement.
