Scheduling was easy and everyone was very caring and kind- the front desk, nurse & doc. They all took my concerns seriously and my concerns were communicated and respected. The doctor was friendly and chatted while he worked, made me forget the pain :) Laura and Lauren at the front desk, and Lori the nurse, and Dr. Tayoun, all wonderful!
This place and staff are wonderful. I've been going here for a few years. Only had one issue.. the MA at the front desk improperly uploaded a code to bill my insurance, as a result, they sent the bill to me. It was easily rectified.
I have taken my daughters there on numerous occasions, and the staff is always great. I recently took one of my girls there for a wrist injury, and everyone was wonderful…..including Lauren (x-ray technician), Karen (nurse), and Ed (physician’s assistant). I would definitely recommend this location.
