Our outside AC unit wouldn't turn on this morning in our LEHT home. New to the area so Googled AC repair. Laney's had good reviews and was nearby. Called at 11:30 and was given a 12-3p same day repair window. Tim was here by 1:30 and AC was in working condition before 2. Saved my husband hours of aggravation. Laney's was quick and reasonably priced. They will be our go-to HVAC people in the future.
I rarely give reviews but my experience with Laney’s HVAC was so good I am making an exception. Ken and his technicians did a superb job troubleshooting a complex issue I had with my system. They were prompt with their service, professional, and obtained parts quickly. I recommend them highly.
Laney’s Heating & Cooling is the real deal. We lost heat at our shore house over the weekend, and within about an hour of calling on Monday morning, they were at the door—no nonsense, just showed up and got to work.
They diagnosed the issue quickly, explained it in plain English, and had the heat back up and running without trying to upsell or hit us with some crazy bill. Fair price, solid work, and just good, honest people.
Here’s the funny part—by later that same day, it warmed up so much I actually had to turn the air conditioning on. Thankfully, everything worked perfectly and I didn’t have to call them back for round two.
