I'll start off by saying I got to the shop at a little before 8 I called & asked them what time they open & surprisingly they opened up on time . I was the 1st person in the chair to get my hair done. It all started off going pretty good to the point I was considering giving them a $20 tip . It didn't take long for me to change my mind after witnessing 2 boosters come into the shop. One was a male who was Caucasian and the way they treated that man was such a turn off for me . I had to check myself to see if it was me or was I just tripping . Until the next booster came into the shop. Who was a black female sailing some paper towels & dish detergent. The way they treated her was like she was Shit on the bottom of someone shoes. They were talking to her very nasty and they always want something for free as if they not making enough money in that shop . Next I watched a LGBTQ guy come in for his appointment they let him sit there for 10 minutes before they told him the lady had just left then he asked for her number & they ignored him . I noticed that he began to get upset before asking them again another 5 minutes goes by then they told him in a very nasty way to call the shop . Right after he went outside to call the lady who he had the appointment with they started talking about him because he was a gay male . That was the last straw for me I was near finished & when I finally got done I paid for my hair & No tip . What makes them think they are better than anyone else? I knew at that moment I will never go back to that shop ever again to get my hair done. Not to mention I watched them play in the lady hair next to me & I was upset for her & at her she couldn't make her mind up & then she wanted to rush them to finish. Remember u get what you paid for & it was a hot ass mess . If I was that lady I would've walked straight out that shop once I got a chance to look at my hair . My hair would've be Fee99 .if I could give them a zero that equals to half a star then that's most definitely what they would've gotten from me.
