Horrible: the emergency room was filthy. Security was sleep. I would hate to have an emergency and be next to this place, I would tell the EMTs to transport me to another facility. I wrote a letter to management (head of security) and he did absolutely nothing. He even tried defending his sleeping staff.

The waiting time just to get looked at is ridiculous. When calling them, they almost never pick up the phone. I wouldn't recommend going here. The place is kind of dirty too. One time, my mom had to go and get blood work done and when we went to the lab, there was a dead big cockroach laying on the floor. Disgusting!
