I just got my eyebrows done there and I asked the lady to make my eyebrows stick which is exactly what I wanted, but it was a little bit too thick so I wanted Her to clean it up and then she was like you just said you wanted to think now you want me to fix it like the customer is always right. I’m paying you to fix my hair the way I wanted she shouldn’t be rude. I am paying for a service and yet I can’t get what I want. I hate my eyebrows. She should’ve just allowed me to say can you do something without questioning a paying customer

My experience has been nothing but positive and satisfying with Nail 2001.
I do feel like the owner does a better job on nails and designs tho.
But that's just my opinion. They have a large selection of nail polish colors and nail designs that you can choose from. Very nice establishment. You can get your eyebrows waxed your eyelashes done just all around. Good place to go.
Prices are reasonable not too high.💅🏾🦶🏾

work was very rushed and when i showed the man where he had messed up he got upset and said "thats how we do it". my nails are very lumpy as you can see from him brushing on gel and not smoothing it evenly. you will end up paying for more than they give you. its ridiculous
