My wife and I live in Berlin and we simply googled the floor refinishing and saw the mr Sandless website we didn't realize cleaning and refinishing was an option. Saves the life of the wood and turned out beautiful. They even did a couple repairs we had holes for our heaters. We would definitely recommend.

Jerry took the time for this over thinker to figure out colors and understand what to expect. He delivered on all he promised and his team was outstanding---communicative, respectful of me and my home and very professional. I love my new lighter golden oak floor! Brightens up the room so much. TIP for anyone doing this: ask how much it would be for them to tear up your carpet and/or remove all the wood carpet tacks (those strips of wood around the perimeter of your room that the carpet is attached to). Removing the carpet was easy.....trying to get a crowbar/chisel under the carpet tacks was nearly impossible. Jerry did not overcharge and it was well worth it!

Not only did Jerry provide the best price we were quoted, but the work was fantastic. We were on a tight deadline to get the floors done before moving day. The workers, John and John worked hard and quickly, along with being very transparent, informative and friendly. I'm using them for another job in a couple weeks. Would highly recommend.
