I might as well right a review since I’ve been a client for about 2 years now!! I came to IHI after being at a different salon where my locs were started! My hair was dry, brittle and broken off! The stylist who started my locs did not take care of them and she twisted my soft, fine texture waaay too tight, leaving me with a bunch of loose hair where the hair was growing back from being broken off! I essentially had bald spots that had grown out by the time I got to Diane! From the 1st service I knew Diane was my forever loctician! The service was stellar, from the initial consultation, the shampoo/deep conditioning and especially the braiding (done with gentleness). The salon staff was friendly, professional and clearly “In His Image”! I really appreciated the overall experience and left feeling relaxed, pampered and confident that I had found the perfect hair care professional in Ms. Michelle.
