I had a 4:00 pm appt today. When I arrived the very capable nail tech I had an appt with was starting a pedicure on another customer. At 4:20 pm, I was still waiting and my tech was still massaging the other customer. Not even close to polish application. Why take appointments when you disregard them? I planned on being an every 2 week customer. I left at 4:22 & am looking for new nail salon.

Spa pedicure is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. Feels so good and the results are amazing. I also get a regular manicure , not gel and it’s lasts 10 days. They’re THAT good here. The inside is very clean and they don’t do filler nails so the air actually smells fresh. This is a Korean run salon and Korean beauty standards are always ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
