This dental office overbooks many appointments. I have waited 2 plus hours for children's cleanings. And more than one time. When I went back to grab them out of the chair , they then said we will take them next. How about taking them when their appointment is scheduled!!

After 41 years of being a patient as well as my family, we are done with HDA. During my last visit for my sons root canal they had the audacity to hand me a 5 year old invoice!!! After the thousands of thousands we have spent there over the years I found it extremely disrespectful and unprofessional as it was due to their mistake. New dental group found, root canal done, and we are happy with our new dental group!!!

The administrative staff is friendly and professional. However, the hygienists and the dentist were very unprofessional. The Lack of diversity amongst dental staff (dentist) is the first red flag at the Klockner Rd location. My experience with the staff resulted in the following conclusion. Racial bias in pain perception is associated with racial bias in pain treatment in this office. They do not take responsibility for the pain or accountability for their actions. This office is all about the money! A recommendation for a root canal treatment is 100% likely in this office! Do not waste your time going to any of their locations. Even with great dental insurance, the dentist will find a way to bill you $3000 out of pocket for procedures you don't need. My second opinion from a dentist with more years of experience saved my tooth and cost me nothing extra!
