All dentists try and upsell and they do that here as well. Clean place and satisfactory staff. When you call you have to hit number 1 even if you aren’t a new patient otherwise the call gets routed to the call center and they never call you back.

The worst customer service ever and rude front desk staff.Don't waste your time and save your money.I didn't even get to see the doctor.I call to take the appointment and gave all my information including my insurance and member id, come after 4 weeks and the girl tells me our doctor we currently have is not in network, I ask her why did you give me the appointment in the first place, And I am trying to understand, she calls me Rude for cutting her while talking, I didn't raise my voice all I was trying to do is understand . I have been suffering with toothache since November 2023 (6 months) the pain was on and off but it got to a point where I couldn't sleep for 2 days with the pain, I tried every single home remedy out there and all over the counter oral medicine for the pain and nothing help. I visited two different dentists and neither one of them was able to treat my pain one said that maybe was because I needed a deep cleaning but I take good care of my oral hygiene and I knew it wasn’t a cleaning that I needed.
