I called this morning to make an appointment for my 6 month cleaning. They told me to come in at 12:30pm same day because the hygienist is only in on Fridays. I get there at 12:20 and pull on the door and it is locked, tried the other door and it was locked as well. I return to my car and make my first call at 12:21, which was not answered. Between my mother and I, we called at least 10 times. One of her calls was answered and she was immediately placed on hold and no one ever came back to the call. I've been going here my whole life and never have they ever played in my face like this. They wasted my time and my gas. Will be looking for a new dentist asap.
