We bought a townhouse that Michael flipped. He did a nice job but at our closing he says “ call with any issues I stand by my work”. I called numerous times and no answer. Once I text him about a water bill that was never paid for, for 2-3 years before we ever even looked at the house I was told “it’s your problem”. They left an absolute mess in the attic. They were supposed to come back and finalize the dishwasher and driveway and never showed up. light fixtures are now starting to fall out of the ceiling. And frame work under cabinets are all coming apart.

I can’t say what their service is like. I sent an email asking whether they could come out and give us an estimate on a job and two weeks later never got a reply. Guess business must be so good they don’t need new customers.
