The front desk team made us feel welcome right away, the technician was patient and attentive, and Dr. Jacob was knowledgeable, compassionate, and incredibly supportive. Dr. Pong was amazing and very thorough, and really gave me an in depth exam and helped me understand the importance of eye health. I will definitely be coming here for my yearly exams!

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience at this LensCrafters location. They had an eye doctor on call, and he was fantastic—super knowledgeable, patient, and easy to talk to. He actually listened to what I was experiencing, explained things clearly (no confusing jargon), and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time.
