I've been coming here for a year now and actually really like the place. I hardly ever wait to go in and the beds are always clean. I've never had a problem with the girls at the front desk, they are usually friendly enough and it's a brief interaction. But I went today and the girl was so outwardly rude to me for no reason, I was actually really taken aback by the whole thing. It came out of left field. It's a busy weekend as they are running a special - note to management you should be aware of who you are staffing for these busier days and who is representing your store.

Since I love in the area, I wanted to rejoining the salon that is now called "SunBar" tanning... I figured I call first before going and find out that it is the same owner, only a name change! Changing the name won't fix the rudeness, stingyness of how the place is ran. So no thank you, same owners not interested! I'm sure there is some shady reason for the name change... The way you run your business needs changing.

I've been a customer for well over a year and have seen quite a rotation of employees some good and some bad. Since Mariah has been managing the salon there has been a noticeable difference. The entire place including the beds have been very clean and there is absolutely no wait ! She as well as Anne Marie are very nice, knowledgeable and hardworking. Yesterday I was able to try the new tanning bed called the "KBL 7000 Alpha extraSun" and Mariah explained all the options and features without skipping a beat.
