Buyer Beware!!!! Went for a service with Nina and I was never told how many syringes she was using nor was informed of the cost. Needless to say I was shocked when I got to the register .. I didn’t approve any of this and to make matters worse I am now disfigured ! True story my cousin as my witness!!

After six years as a loyal client, I am shocked by how I was treated when something went wrong. What should have been a straightforward effort to correct a cosmetic issue before my wedding turned into an experience marked by unprofessional behavior, poor communication, and a complete disregard for a long-standing customer.
After receiving routine filler, my nose was left noticeably asymmetrical. I was told that the filler would need to be dissolved and corrected through additional touch-up appointments, and I was scheduled for two follow-up sessions to address the issue (this was before my WEDDING). Instead of handling the situation professionally, the injector became extremely emotional during one of my appointments, crying and creating a scene in front of me. This was particularly shocking given that I had always been kind, supportive, and a long-term customer.
The manager assured me that she would follow up regarding my concerns, but that never happened. After weeks of silence, I instead received unsolicited text messages containing additional commentary that I found unprofessional from the injector. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue amicably and discuss reimbursement for the filler that remained unused, no one was willing to have a productive conversation or take accountability for the situation.
What disappointed me most was not just the poor result, but the complete lack of professionalism, communication, and customer care. After six years of loyalty, I expected concerns to be addressed respectfully and professionally. Instead, I was ignored, dismissed, and left to deal with the consequences on my own.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this practice. Quality results are important, but professionalism, accountability, and how a business treats its long-term clients matter just as much.

So, the staff will know me as “Jacinto”, or “Jay”.. 😉 This was my 2nd procedure at Eternal. I was incredibly satisfied my first time around and so far I still have no complaints. The staff on my team this time around were Tayyab, Abul and Marilena. They were incredibly kind, accommodating and efficient. I also enjoyed intellectual conversation with Tayyab during the procedure. He ensured I remained comfortable while he worked on me and it amazed me how much faster this procedure was compared to my initial transplant back in January of 2021.
My neighbor asked me this morning, “how do you look 10 years younger?” I looked in the mirror when I got back inside and I noticed something is different, but it seems it’s much more than just my hairline. The fine lines that usually appear on my forehead are so dull, they’re barely visible. Now I’m gonna have questions about this anomaly when I return for my wash and scab removal. 🤭
And I can’t forget Omar. Always a pleasure speaking with him and everything seems so streamlined following consultation with him. Overall, a great experience and I am considering returning again for other services related to hair restoration maintenance and anti-aging. Great work guys! 😎👍
