Easy and friendly experience from showroom to install at Blinds to Go. We were able to have project completed in about 3 weeks start to finish. Could not have been much easier. Very happy and will use again.

It started from the get-go. Valerie the sales rep was very kind knowledgeable and patient. She was very helpful with us picking out our blinds. I was called when my blinds were ready to be installed and I made a date and it was very easy to talk to the young lady who I spoke to to make the appointment to have my blinds installed. The two men that came to do the installation were very nice and my whole experience has been very good. When I have to get blinds for my two bedrooms I will definitely be returning

They never called or emailed to let us know our order was ready..their phones and computers were down for 2 days. Valerie was so helpful in trying to find ways to pay the balance and give us our order. She was so apologetic. Great customer service. But, why NO INSTRUCTIONS for the wand and it is the most DIFFICULT thing to imagine doing!!!
