The medical assistants and doctors are actual angels…. But THE FRONT DESK….. good luck. The nastiest rudest people ever. If it wasn’t for sherry and dr Lopez and the other MA and doctors I would be far gone from this practice because those front desk women are the meanest least helpful people on earth. Really should consider getting new staff at the front. One tried to tell me I should’ve given them my new insurance card sooner but when I went in for my late appointment a week before the 60 year old front desk lady already logged out of her computer and told me she “didn’t feel like logging back in do it next time you come in”....read full review
I've been Dr Pesso's patient from day one. He is patience, caring,and very honest. Never left with any concerns, he takes his time with you to make sure you feel fully satisfied.
Dr Pesso, his nurse, the front desk staff, and Kim who answers the phone are all top notch! They are professional and pleasant. Great office and I am so happy I found them. Dr Pesso is kind, patient and through!
