We always have a great experience when visiting this office. Front office staff members are very friendly and helpful. Technicians are always gentle and caring when dealing with my pups. Doctors are friendly, thorough, and most importantly, gentle during examinations and they take their time. We are never rushed and can get all of our questions asked and answered with ease. We do not feel like “just another patient”. We feel known and cared for.
Also, I can always call when I have a question and I receive an answer promptly. I visit often, having 4 dogs, and we always have a great experience!
I like that there are not a bunch of people and dogs in the waiting room.… read full review
Dr. Moore and staff are wonderful. They don’t rush, are patient with the dogs, give thorough exams and are always willing to explain things even if you have had dogs forever. Clean, compassionate. Independent veterinary offices are a treasure. Highly recommend!
We’ve been coming here for 12 years and are now on our second pet with this practice. Dr. Szydlowski, the talented techs, and the entire office staff are genuinely wonderful, compassionate people. I love that they offer holistic options, including acupuncture, alongside traditional care. They always fit us in within the same week, and everything is priced accordingly for the incredible quality. Highly recommend!
