NorthStar VETS provides exceptional care to pets in need, taking the time to ensure their well-being and keeping owners informed every step of the way. The amazing group of staff members are caring, thoughtful, and kind, staying late to accommodate owners' needs and providing reassurance during challenging times. They are very informative about a plan and provide detailed instructions, calling right after surgery. The team's kindness, compassion, and passionate care help families get through difficult times. Whether it's treating life-threatening conditions like a TECA surgery or helping with end-of-life care, NorthStar VETS' team is dedicated to providing compassionate and thorough service to pets and their families.
I will say the wait time was long. However, top level care and service. Every vet tech and assistant were truly amazing and going above and beyond with their care. Dr. Gates is amazing! Relayed the costs of everything and what was actually needed vs not. Which is a game changer for me. Will recommend coming here for emergencies.
First class service and care by all. Amanda, Bri and assistant Danielle provided most professional and attentive care. Dr Andrew was fabulous also. On point with diagnosis and beside manner.
Dr. Cugliari was amazing! Had to take one of our fosters here with what we think was a reaction to Panacur. Selfishly, I wish she worked at a normal vet and not emergency so I could take my house cats to her regularly. Northstar is lucky to have her!
