My mom had the most inconvenient, hard to find leak in one of her hot water pipes. It took 3 different plumbers and two different leak detection companies to even find it before the repairs could begin, but MyGuy Plumbing took such good care of us from the moment we called them. Jacob and Joe were so knowledgeable, and super respectful of my mom’s home. Even though some demolition was required to get to the pipe, they worked so clean, keeping the mess localized to the bathroom and leaving no trace of it when they were done. I was in need to replace my water boiler. Was also interested in a tankless water heater and water softener given our small space.
Sean came out to give his evaluation. He was very professional, knowledgeable and kept everything clean. He welcomed all my questions and took the time to explain everything to me.
I really enjoyed working with him during the project. In addition, he was always on time and transparent about the process and ensured the job was done right. His partner Estalin was there for the install as well and have nothing but great things to say about him.
