I wish 10 stars was an option... our air conditioning wasn't working at our shore house. With my mom being elderly we definitely need air-conditioning because she suffers from the heat. I thought of Longs right away, because they were our installer 11 years ago and We've never had an issue at all with the unit til now. So I called them and explained the issue and they put me on their schedule to come out and look at it that same week.. They came, diagnosed the issue and told me that they could have it fixed within two days because they had to get the parts .. From start to finishing, my entire experience with Longs has been seamless, easy and enjoyable. From first meeting, Scott took the time to answer any an all questions, present options that were thoroughly thought through and well informed and frequently put himself in the place of the client. Install day couldn't have gone better. The team was professional, courtesy and a pleasure to have in my home as a result. I know have an efficient new system (that's practically silent) and I couldn't be happier.

Excellent service. The Technician Brian M diagnosed the problem gave me two options for the repair and quoted both. Once service was completed the price was exactly as quoted no surprise extras. He cleaned up and reviewed everything he did. Gave me advise about some preventative maintenance I can do. I would have no problem recommending Long's
