I was told it would cost between $200 and $250 by the office when I made the appointment to replace 3 toilet valves. But after the they charged $395 .Don't trust them when they give a price on the phone. It was a normal job, nothing complicated. I wouldn't use them again.

The first phone call I made I spoke to a lady named pat. She did an outstanding job. I read the positive reviews. I just had them come to the house to evaluate a hot water heater situation. And the technician, his name was Sean, he couldn't have been more professional. An accurate with his diagnosis. He never tried to b s me for a second. This business is totally legit. It's a family operated business and they're not in business to take advantage of people. They have integrity, and they'll do the job correct. For you, if you don't want to deal with the runaround and the bs give them a call first, you will not go wrong, they're excellent all the way through!!!

Our furnace went out during a snow/ice storm yesterday. I called countless companies, no one could get out, but Lezgus assured me they'd be able to help in the morning. Top notch professionals and beyond kind. They were able to replace the necessary part and get us back up and running. I am so beyond appreciative and will be recommending them to anyone and everyone!

Unprofessional unserious company. They didn't show up and when I called them, Dean started to make up stories and deny he received an email from me. He was only giving low profile excuses.

Sean from Lezgus did a great job clearing up the problem, also changing filters for us. He explained in layman’s terms why it occurred, and future prevention. He was punctual, professional and knowledgeable.

Driver of this company cursing out driver of school bus very unprofessional.. no reason for it.. driver of plumbing company very nasty with staff at daycare as well the school was dropping off.. the nasty man driving vehicle for plumbing company was wearing a hat and wore glasses.. just beware he's extremely mean and his language was uncalled for

I had an emergency and sure that is my fault for not planning for a broken pipe I am sure. Initially they were happy to schedule a plumber to come the next morning for the 15 minute capping the pipe then called back saying so sorry they had a big job come up that was more important to them and they could see me in 3 days leaving me without shower or toilet but you know big job and I was 3 miles away. Needless to say I found a great plumber who is getting my complete pipe work renovations. They had a big job but they got this bad review and bad reputation out of it.
